Are you experienced in commercial process development? Eager to put all you’ve learned to use in developing the commercial process of our new product – Videoly for Brands?

What you'll do

In a nutshell: you’ll develop and own the entire commercial process of Videoly for Brands.

You’ll deep dive into all aspects of the product; understand potential customers' needs and expectations; communicate them across our organization; shape the commercial process; find potential matches for our globally unique SaaS solution; and demonstrate our value – all while delivering an uplifting experience for prospects, partners and customers.

What you'll bring

We have found traction in the market – brands have interest in us and are willing to pay for our solution. We need you to take this to the next level. How are sales related processes working while scaling? Where are our bottlenecks, what are the vital operations that support us in reaching our goals (goals you set with the team)?

You’re insightful when it comes to building a world-class commercial process. You strive to understand leading brands’ pain points regarding video distribution and you make sure that our product and sales address exactly those. You thrive in the intersection of business and tech.

You may have:

  • 3+ years of commercial process development experience
  • Ability to take ownership and seek out business opportunities
  • Experience with e-commerce companies (a plus)
  • B2B sales experience (a plus)
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Drive to help our target companies and customers succeed
  • Energy and persistency in your work
  • Fluency in English and either Finnish or Swedish
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Enthusiasm in being part of a growth company

Your typical workday will look like...

You'll own the entire Videoly for Brands commercial process and figure out the best ways to generate growth. You’ll engage in conversations with multiple stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of how we can help Videoly for Brands customers succeed. You’ll have internal support from our sales, marketing and dev teams.

You’ll be hands-on in meetings with customers and using the insights you’ve gained in further development of the commercial process. You’ll work closely with our product team to help guide product development in the right direction.
