Our Sales Development team plays a critical role in our success: the team makes sure that we constantly have qualified opportunities entering our sales funnel internationally. Thus, you get work in a community that highly values your work.

As Sales Development Representative you create sales opportunities by using versatile tools and channels and by understanding different kinds of markets and industries. You compose and work on prospecting lists while also keeping our CRM up-to-date and utilising it efficiently. You will be taking contact with prospective customers via different channels, phone, email, LinkedIn, postcards - you name it! The goal is to get the attention of the relevant person you are trying to reach, and then to truly understand their needs and whether Videoly could be a good match for them. Working as a Sales Development Representative, you enjoy reaching the decision makers and convincing them to take further discussions with us. Since this role is so essential for our growth, we hope you already have a vision of how to succeed in pre-sales. A good background would be:

  • B2C or B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of pre-sales tactics and techniques
  • Confidence in taking initiative and discussing with people
  • Energy and persistence in your work
  • Interest in working in an international environment
  • Ability to work in English

It's also natural for you to ask questions and say if there's something you're not that familiar with yet. There is always room to grow and learn, and you don't need to be perfect, no-one is. This is how we see honesty – and humanity.
