As part of our ambitious growth journey, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our North American sales team in Toronto. This is an on-site role where you’ll be supported, trained, and inspired to succeed as a vital member of our team.
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll drive our growth by identifying new opportunities and managing the pipeline of your assigned portfolio of prospects. You’ll engage with e-commerce and brand marketing professionals through various outreach channels. Here’s what your role will include:
Actively reaching out to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Hitting and exceeding your targets.
Identifying and opening ecosystem opportunities through team collaboration
Growing the pipeline by booking a sufficient amount of pipeline to secure on-target closing.
Using top-notch tools like HubSpot, Seamless, Similarweb, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dear Lucy, Aircall, and Loom to find and enrich prospect information.
Strategizing and finding creative ways to connect with decision-makers.
Communicating Videoly’s value to relevant stakeholders.

What you'll bring
We’re looking for someone driven, proactive, and excited to grow as a B2B SaaS sales professional. You should have excellent communication skills, listening actively and engaging meaningfully with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
Experience in B2C or B2B sales, as well as familiarity with pre-sales techniques, will be a significant advantage. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Confidence in initiating contact and reaching out to prospects.
A genuine passion for sales and business development.
Energy, persistence, and discipline in achieving your goals.
Previous experience in goal-oriented sales and a basic understanding of sales techniques.
