What you'll do
This is a new role at Videoly where you'll be instrumental in driving diverse and interesting marketing initiatives on a global scale. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and partnerships teams, as well as external service providers, to ensure effective execution of key marketing activities.
Working as Demand Generation Manager, we hope you enjoy the following:
Driving B2B marketing programs that leverage a combination of content marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and nurturing programs. These initiatives will be focused on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Increasing awareness of Videoly and our products within our key target audiences in North America and Europe. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute tactics that effectively reach and engage our desired customer base.
Contributing to customer research to deepen our understanding of the target market and inform the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign specific KPI's to help us optimize strategies, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
Collaborating with external partners and service providers.
What you'll bring
We're looking for a candidate with previous experience or a genuine interest in working in a growth-oriented company. The role can be tailored to fit your exact profile and interests, but we specifically seek someone with previous expertise in combining marketing tactics that drive revenue growth.
To succeed as our new Demand Generation Manager, you'll need to have:
3+ years of experience of digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or similar marketing role in either a growth company or ecommerce.
Experience of working in close collaboration with sales.
An understanding of SEO, content marketing strategies, SEM, CRO, email marketing, and performance marketing channels.
Proficiency in different marketing technology, including hands-on experience in marketing automation software and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), as well as proficiency in CMS systems (such as WordPress or Webflow). Experience of marketing automation and nurturing strategies is seen as a plus.
Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
Self-motivated and proactive, “owning it and growing it”.
A team-player that can navigate the needs of different stakeholders and facilitate collaboration and continuous development.
Interest in working in an international environment.
Experience of event, podcast, webinar and/or video production is seen as a plus.
