What you'll do

As Sales Development Representative, you’ll join our team remotely and play an essential role in growing our customer base in North America.

You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers and assess if Videoly can help take their online store experience to the next level. You’ll reach out to e-commerce professionals via various channels: phone, email, LinkedIn, postcards – you name it! Whatever gets you into a dialogue with the prospective customer.

What you'll bring

Your communication skills as both a great talker and a great listener. Every discussion is a chance for you to learn about the prospective customer’s needs, wishes and pain points, and evaluate if Videoly can enhance their e-commerce experience.

You may have:

  • B2B pre-sales experience

  • Knowledge of pre-sales tactics and techniques

  • Confidence in taking the initiative and talking with people

  • Energy and persistence in your work

  • Enthusiasm in working in a growth company

  • Ability to take ownership and find business opportunities

  • Interest in working in a remote team

  • Excellent communication skills

Your typical workday will look like...

You’ll take ownership of your tasks and targets. To help create sales opportunities you’ll use versatile tools and channels to understand various markets and industries. You’ll compose prospecting lists while keeping our CRM up-to-date and utilizing it efficiently in your work. You’ll reach out to prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn.
