We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will take the primary ownership over a technical assistance of a new fast-growing product designed for brands to distribute their video content across the retailers all around the world. This is a multi-functional role implying close collaboration with different teams and people and also some pure technical work. We are happy to onboard a kind, supportive and thoughtful person to this role, who likes solving new and unusual challenges and adapting to the changes.

Here's what you will be doing:

  • collaboration with the Sales team, preparation of some sales materials and assistance in deals closure
  • customer onboarding assistance, making sure they are getting the most out of the service
  • customer accounts configuration and customisation for their needs
  • responding to ad-hoc issues, customer problems or wishes
  • acting as a medium between Sales/Customer and Development team
  • using your superpower in applying programming skills in developing additional features or internal toolset

What we're looking for:

  • Fluency in English and Russian
  • Basic understanding of development processes
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Interest towards e-commerce
  • Attention to small details and willingness to dive deep into the context
  • Good analytical skills — customers in e-commerce are eager to operate with the data
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn a lot in a short time
