What you'll do
You will think strategically and creatively about how organic SEO, paid social, and other channels can best help us to reach potential B2B customers. You have a deep understanding of how these channels can best be optimized to reach our desired audience.
You will drive all of our growth marketing actions with the goal of fostering inbound leads to support our sales. Together with our marketing team and growth agency, you will work towards maximizing the number of marketing qualified leads by designing and executing growth initiatives.

We want everyone to be able to use their personal strengths in their work. Working as a Growth Marketing Manager, shaping and executing marketing actions to build brand awareness and turn prospects into leads makes you flourish. You also enjoy indulging in a learning process of trial and error, testing new approaches to find the best channels and marketing messaging for us. To support you on your way, you may have:
- 2+ years of experience with B2B digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in a SaaS company
- Expertise in building and executing a B2B inbound strategy
- Successfully developed organic SEO and paid social and search campaigns
- A relevant master’s or bachelor's degree
- An eye for good copy and great visuals
- Experience in marketing automation and analytics tools; knowledge of Hubspot Marketing Hub is considered a plus
